At The Lueur, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Every item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. If you receive a damaged product or require a size exchange, we are happy to assist in accordance with the policy below.

1. Damaged Products

  • Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting our support team and providing your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

2. Size Exchange

  • Size exchanges are available only for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Requests for size exchange must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement size will be dispatched, subject to availability.

3. No Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
  • Only exchanges or replacements are permitted in line with the conditions outlined above.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
  • After order confirmation and successful payment, orders are processed immediately and cannot be modified or cancelled.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is verified as damaged or defective upon delivery.
